By providing your mobile phone number through the chat bot on our website, you consent to receive text messages from Scrine Non-Profit Housing, Inc. The following terms apply to our text messaging program:

Program description. Our text messaging program sends informational and conversational messages to answer your questions and provide customer support. A sample message is: "Thanks for contacting Scrine Housing. Yes, we are open today and tomorrow. Is there anything else I can help you with? Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Scrine Housing does not charge for the text messages themselves.

Opt out. You may cancel the text messaging service at any time by replying STOP or CANCEL to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages depends on your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.

Privacy. Information you provide through the text messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to provide a mobile number and opt in to our text messaging program.
